CHALLENGE
T-Mobile asked us to help them with boosting awareness and sales throughout their retail channel. We set out to redefine retail consumer engagement through innovative product launches, in-store initiatives and breakthrough interactive environment that extended the brand. 
SOLUTION
We started by creating T-Mobile’s “store of the future” in four major U.S. cities. We designed touch-screen interactive kiosks for user created personalization of phones content. We provided interactive access to in-depth information on rate plans, coverage and products. We created theme driven displays and video walls, designed furniture, music play lists, sales scripts and chose employee outfits right down to the shoes. 
RESULTS
People hang out at the playground stores more than twice as long as the traditional stores, resulting in 20% incremental revenue.
